SOY????

Health News ! Soy protein may reduce cholesterol levels for diabetics, too ! A new study just out in the September 2009 Journal of Nutrition says that consumption of 40 grams of soy protein isolate a day for 57 days resulted in significant reductions ...in both LDL cholesterol and the ratio of LDL to HDL cholesterol w/ type II diabetes.
